Cancellation Policy

At time of booking this is the information we require:

1.      Full Name

2.      Mailing Address or email address

3.      Phone

4.      Major Credit Card (no Discover)

5.      Number of people in the room, if there are more people staying in the room than the room holds there is a $15.00 extra person charge per night.

6.      Check in is after 3:00 PM at the Pickle Barrel Restaurant, 1304 Greene Street.

7.       Check out is by 11:00 AM.

 ¨      All rooms are Non-smoking-$75 will be charged to credit card on file if cigarette smoke has been detected during or after your stay.  $250 if there is damage to room, such as burn marks detected.

¨      If arriving during snowfall or it may snow that night, you will need to park your vehicle(s) on side road, such as the side of the Pickle Barrel as Greene St. is a snow route and you may be towed at your expense.  Please ask for parking instructions at time of check-in.

¨      Small pets (one to a room) are allowed with a $25 non- refundable deposit.   We respectfully request that you do not leave your pet in the room unattended.  If there are complaints from another room about noise, you may be asked to leave and you will be charged for your full stay.  Please note if you arrive with a pet without notifying us you may be asked to leave and you will be charged for your full stay. 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel two weeks prior to arrival without penalty.  If you cancel within 13 days of your arrival date, one nights deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Please note we reserve the right to ask anyone to depart our premises. 

Room 1 Sleeps 5 people, 1 queen, & 3 twins beds             
$109 a night or $675 week stay

Room 2 Sleeps 3 people, 1 queen & futon in living room
$  99 a night or $600 week stay

Room 3 Sleeps 4 people, 2 queen beds                               
$109 a night or $675 week stay

All rooms have kitchens.
